I am pleased to add a new cookery class which will introduce many of the recipes from my cook book.

As the title of the book suggests all the recipes involve creating good food in a stress-free environment.  'As a busy working Mum of one I totally understand the importance of feeding my family a nutritious meal at the end of the day.  My aim is always to involve as little stress as possible.  This class will include a good mix of everything from mid week meals, stress-free suppers to delicious deserts all of which have one thing in common, cooking them will have a low impact on our stress levels'.

I'm Tara Walker

 

After 12 happy years of inviting people to cook with me at East Coast Cookery School, I started to create online courses to connect and share the joy of food with people all over the world during the pandemic.

Together with lots of different people, we discovered that food moments could truly be shared virtually.

I firmly believe that cooking from scratch will bring you joy because not only will you have great tasting food that is healthier you have also created a moment of mindfulness while you chop, mix, saute and simmer.
