Cooking and sharing a love of food are in my DNA.


Having grown up surrounded by family in food businesses, I decided to hone my skills at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. 

Teaching and connecting over culinary expertise and experience led me to open my cooking school, East Coast Cookery School in Termonfeckin, Co. Louth, where I spent 13 years sharing my love of authentic ingredients, teaching people to cook from-scratch with the best seasonal ingredients.  

Cooking fuss-free, good-for-you meals led me to write my first cookbook, “Good Food No Stress,” published by Mercier Press in March 2017.
